Virtual Mindful Coping Group Offered at Wildflower Starting April 2020

Dealing with distress alone and without support is rarely effective or healthy. At a time when our world is being turned upside down by the pandemic and physical distancing creates an intense potential for isolation, it is important to seek connection and support.

We are excited to announce the launch of our virtual Mindful Coping Group.

The group offers a virtual gathering space and an opportunity to learn, connect, and practice being intentional about how we manage stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and low mood during these turbulent times.

Mindful Coping Group meets on Tuesdays from 4pm to 5pm, has rolling admission, and is facilitated by Dr. Reyna Schwartz. Its primary focus is on the practice of mindfulness meditation and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) skills.

The group flyer can also be found here. Please contact our Intake Manager Natalie Breitmeyer, LPC, R-DMT, RYT with any questions and/or to register.
