Rosemary Kelley

MS, LCPC, CADC

(she/her)

Clinical Supervisor and Psychotherapist

Rosemary has been approachable and warm from the first session. I immediately felt like I was in a safe space to share my story. She has helped me open up, allowed me to challenge myself about what I need to help myself moving forward and held me accountable in a loving way. She is always there to listen, but does more than that. I know she is tuned in to what I'm saying and is solely there for me.

I am a psychotherapist and a clinical supervisor at Wildflower. As a psychotherapist, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is essential to the healing process. The opportunity to share your story, in a safe, non-judgmental, supportive environment, where you feel heard, is powerful medicine. I seek to support and empower my clients in finding their voice and putting the pieces together, build upon their strengths, and learn tools to cope with the challenges of life.

I work with individuals, groups, children, and couples. My areas of focus include: anxiety and depression, grief and loss, life transitions, addictions, dual diagnosis, trauma, self-esteem, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and parenting. I utilize a person-centered approach, often incorporating metaphor and humor.

As a supervisor, my focus is on supporting and assisting my supervisees in finding their voice, and in fine-tuning their skills as a clinician. I am honored to have the opportunity to support others, as I have been supported during my career.

I have my bachelor’s degree in child development from Mills College, and my master’s degree is from National-Louis University in Addictions Studies. I am also a certified alcohol/other drug counselor (CADC). I am also certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). I have extensive training in mood disorders, and trauma. I draw from a variety of clinical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, and Family Systems; in addition, I call on my background in child development.
