Practice Operations Coordinator & Psychotherapist

"I've experienced perinatal loss twice this year and was looking for someone to talk to about my feelings. Wildflower was recommended to me by my OB/GYN and I'm so glad for the referral. My therapist is helping me work through my anxiety and grief and I've noticed improvements as our sessions continue.

As a therapist, I am dedicated to an integrative approach that emphasizes the strong connection between mind and body and is customized to meet your individual needs. My practice utilizes strengths-based and evidence-informed techniques, including cognitive-behavioral modalities, with a particular focus on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to address mood, obsessive-compulsive, and anxiety-related conditions.
