I’m a Licensed Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges while fostering personal growth. My role as your therapist is to provide you with the tools, resources, and guidance necessary to support your journey while recognizing you are the expert in your own life. Together, we will collaborate to create a path forward that empowers you to thrive.
I’m committed to an integrative approach to therapy that emphasizes the powerful connection between mind and body and is tailored to your unique needs. My practice incorporates strengths-based and evidence-informed techniques, including cognitive-behavioral modalities, with a particular focus on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to address anxiety-related conditions. I understand that opening up about personal experiences can be challenging, which is why building a trusting relationship will be one of our initial priorities to facilitate a safe and insightful therapeutic experience.
My clinical interests include perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, infertility, pregnancy loss, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and life transitions. I am actively renewing my Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) certification, which emphasizes CBT and ERP for treating Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, OCD, Social Anxiety, and Phobias. Additionally, I am pursuing certification as a Certified ADHD Professional and advancing my training in perinatal and reproductive mental health to become a certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C).
I earned my Master of Social Work with a specialization in Mental Health from Loyola University Chicago in 2022. My professional background includes experience working with clients across various age groups and cultural backgrounds, from youth in community mental health settings to adults in substance use recovery programs. I am committed to ongoing learning and professional development to ensure I provide the most effective and compassionate care possible.
I would be honored to support you on your path to healing and growth and look forward to meeting you and embarking on this journey together!
