Everybody holds uniquely personal truths. My work is grounded in curiosity, intentional care, and respect for each individual’s lived experience. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic alliance, a meaningful connection as the foundation for effective care. My approach is holistic, relational, and creative, rooted in the understanding that healing is nonlinear and emerges through reconnecting the mind and body. I honor past experiences, support presence in the moment, and collaborate with clients in nurturing their future goals. Trauma, whether personal, collective, or generational, shapes the layers of our inner and outer worlds. I welcome the full range of human emotions and strive to create an environment where they can be safely explored. With empathy, validation, and choice, people have the remarkable ability to guide and heal ourselves. I’m here to walk alongside you in that process.

My eclectic approach incorporates evidence-based frameworks, such as Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Dance/Movement (DMT), Attachment-Based, Existential, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Expressive Art, Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Gestalt, and Attachment-Based Therapy. As a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT), I bring a gentle recognition to how your body shows up in the space, allowing room for both verbal and non-verbal reflection and processing. This might be as simple as noticing your breath or posture, or it could involve more expressive movement and art exploration. I aim to create an environment where you can pause, play, listen to your body, laugh, and reconnect with what feels authentic to you.

I support clients of all ages facing grief & loss; complex trauma & PTSD; life transitions & evolutions (transition to parenthood, career, roles, aging); anxiety & depression; neurodivergence; gender, sexuality & identity exploration; self-esteem & body image; and relationship dynamics. I take a feminist, queer-affirming, and anti-oppressive lens, believing that personal wellbeing is directly linked to social context.

I hold an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling & Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University. I have experience working with survivors of sexual abuse and supporting clients in PHP/IOP settings. I’ve provided individual therapy sessions, creative arts processing groups, and dance/movement therapy workshops. Before my therapeutic work, I spent over a decade as a creative producer in video and design. I remain a lifelong filmmaker, musician, and mover.

More About Me

  • I’m an extroverted curator who loves making a plan that can be revisited, reimagined, or happily abandoned in the moment.
  • I enjoy having a meaningful meal (whether dining out or cooking at home), being in water, dancing, seeing live music and performances, vintage shopping, watching movies, puppets, and spending time with my pup.”
