As Director of Practice Operations at Wildflower, I oversee daily operations, billing procedures, and work on implementing growth strategies that center client satisfaction and our organizational values.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Eastern Illinois University where I concentrated in human and plant physiology. My professional career has included considerable experience in customer service, organizational operations, and data analysis. From this experience, I have been afforded a unique perspective of the healthcare industry. I have an inquisitive nature which drives me to pursue personal and professional growth opportunities to further expand on my education and knowledge.
In addition to science and health, immersing myself in different cultures through traveling has always been a passion of mine. Traveling allows me to broaden my awareness, and provides me the beautiful opportunity to be introduced to new experiences that differ from my own. If I am not traveling or shopping, you will probably see me working out at a barre class!
