Katie Caddell

MSW, LCSW

(she/her)

I specialize in helping parents improve the quality of their relationships with their children.  Relationships start during pregnancy and can be strengthened at any point during the child’s life.  I draw inspiration when parents learn new ways to manage strong feelings during challenging moments.  I also work with individuals seeking support with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns and life transitions.  I have special expertise working with individuals looking to rebuild their life after a separation or divorce. I happily lead Wildflower’s “Being with Baby” series.

Reaching out for support is one of the most important decisions you have had to make. Together we will create a safe and trusting space for you to take hold of your values and move towards living a more meaningful life.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Winona State University.  I obtained my Master’s degree in Social Work and my Master’s degree in Jurisprudence from Loyola University Chicago.  To support the parent-child relationship, I earned the Infant Mental Health Certificate from Erikson Institute in Chicago.  I am also a registered parent educator of Circle of Security and a Certified Educator of Infant Massage.
